Years of Sewing and Embroidery designs.
I got my first sewing machine when I was 5, a little hand crank Singer chain stitch machine. I started making my own doll clothes and got pretty good at it, so my mother said. So she taught me to use her machine. Well I graduated from doll clothes to my own clothes in Jr. High School. My mother was my mentor, she taught me everything she knew, and if she didn’t know how she found a way to find someone to show me how to do it. I was able to make my own Prom dress and it was pretty. The one of a kind dress was my highest achievement.
Later in life, I started getting into the computer age. They had a machine that would do my hand cross stitch in minutes. Boy was I sold. So now I make my own embroidery blocks for special quilts and gifts. And now I am offering them to you.
My designs are from Dakota Collectibles, I sew them on a 65%/35% Polyester blend “Trigger”. Very stable and washable material.
My machine is a Toyota 650, 12 needle single head machine which will do small 1’’ X 1’’ to 12’’ x 18’’ jacket backs or blocks. It can do hats also, with a 320 deg. Stitch area.
Software capabilities are many. I can convert any design to any format for the home embroidery machine. (Except for Disney, they are protected designs.) Thanks to Data Stitch software, I can do anything.
